Red Onions
Strong Flavour. Best for Eating Raw. Used in Guacamole, Pickled Onions, Salads and Sandwiches along with major Indian Dishes. Apart from this, Red Onions are an excellent source of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium and other key nutrients. We not only trade in these but also grow them at our farms in North Gujarat.
Yellow Onions
Best All Rounder. Used in Meat dishes, meat roasts, sauces and stews because it caramelizes due to high sugar content. These are sourced from reliable farmers near Nasik, India.
White Onions
Crunchiest and sharpest Zing. High water content. Used in Salsas, chutneys and stir fries and majority Mexican dishes.These are most popular for further processing. We have facilities to process these into below mentioned processed onion products.
Pickling Onions
Their size makes them ideal for pickling. Strike a cord with all dishes from major cuisines.They are available in Red and White colours.
